Online sign-up for interviews begins on February 21st at 8:00 a.m.

 

Please note that online sign-up time stamps will be used for VPK placement. If you are interested in your child attending our program, please complete the requested information through one of the links provided below.  If your child is currently in our program and will be returning do not use these links as the needed information will be obtained by your child's classroom teacher. 
 Once signed up, you will be contacted to schedule an interview at the Jackson County Early Childhood Center, 4283 Kelson Avenue, Marianna, FL 32446. An appointment is needed for interviews. Interviews will not be conducted without the required documentation. You must bring the following documents:
  • Proof of Income (tax return or last 4 pay stubs, SNAP, SSI, Social Security, Child Support, and/or TANF)
  • Child’s Birth Certificate
  • Parent’s Driver’s License
  • Insurance Card
  • VPK Certificate (for 4-year-olds) (Apply at www.elcnwf.org.)
  • Application Packet (Registration Form and Housing Questionnaire)
 Application Packets may be picked up at the Early Childhood Center, Sneads Elementary, Cottondale Elementary, Graceville School, Malone School, or may be printed from the links to the right menu bar of this page.

IMPORTANT: All lead tests, immunizations, and physicals must be submitted before June 1st to secure classroom placement. If there are any issues obtaining these documents, please contact Anne Mathis at JCECP before June 1st, (850) 482-9698.
